In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive Information.

When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:

Payment Data.

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Google Play Billing. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Social Media Login Data.

We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?” below.

Application Data.

If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server).
  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The public website only uses strictly necessary cookies or storage when needed to provide the page. Optional analytics or marketing trackers are not enabled unless a separate consent control is provided.

The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data. Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services.
  • Device Data. Information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services.
  • Location Data. Information about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise (based on your IP address).

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.

We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and from other third parties (e.g., mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, social media profiles) for purposes of service communication, security, and product improvement where permitted by law.


2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

  • To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.
  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.
  • To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.
  • To send administrative information to you.
  • To request feedback.
  • To protect our Services (fraud monitoring and prevention).
  • To identify usage trends.
  • To save or protect an individual’s vital interest.
  • Firebase Analytics for optional app usage diagnostics, only when enabled by the user.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations and/or with the following third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers.

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf.

The third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:

  • Advertising, Direct Marketing: Google AdSense
  • AI Service Providers: Google Cloud AI and Deepseek AI
  • Third-Party Accounts: Google account (Google Sign-In)
  • Cloud Computing Services: Google Cloud Platform, Firebase and Cloud Firestore
  • Web and Mobile Analytics: Firebase Analytics, only if optional diagnostics are enabled.

Other situations where we share data:

  • Business Transfers. In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.

5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to.

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties. We do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Notice.


6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

The website does not currently use non-essential advertising or remarketing cookies. The Android app can use optional Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics only after the user enables diagnostics sharing in Settings.

To the extent these online tracking technologies are deemed to be a “sale”/“sharing” under applicable US state laws, you can opt out by submitting a request as described in section “DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are disabled by default in the Android app. You can enable or disable diagnostics sharing at any time in Settings > Data & Privacy.


7. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

Our AI Products are provided through third-party service providers (“AI Service Providers”), including DeepSeek. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers.

8. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

If you register using your third-party social media account (like Google or X), we will receive certain profile information about you (e.g., name, email address) from that provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they process your personal information.


9. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. Your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed in the US and other countries.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, we implement measures such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data. 10. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as users have an account with us, or as long as necessary for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.


11. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.


12. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law. If we learn that personal information from minors has been collected, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete such data. 13. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

Rights (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada):

  • Request access and obtain a copy of your personal information.
  • Request rectification or erasure.
  • Restrict the processing of your personal information.
  • Right to data portability (if applicable).
  • Not to be subject to automated decision-making.

Withdrawing your consent:

If we are relying on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Account Information:

You can review, change, or terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will deactivate or delete your account, though some information may be retained to prevent fraud or comply with legal requirements.


14. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

In Short: We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track ("DNT") browser signals because no uniform technology standard has been finalized. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Privacy Notice.


15. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and various other states may have additional rights (e.g., Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct).

16. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may have additional rights based on the country you reside in.

At any time, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. Residents of Australia and New Zealand also have the right to submit complaints to their respective Information Commissioners regarding a breach of their Privacy Principles.


17. USE OF THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE (DEEPSEEK API)

Our application uses the DeepSeek API for advanced financial analysis and trend prediction. We transmit anonymized financial data (transaction descriptions, amounts, and dates) to the DeepSeek API. We do not transmit your name, email address, or any Google account identifiers to the DeepSeek API.

By using the AI features, you consent to the processing and temporary transmission of your financial data to this third-party provider.


18. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES, ADVERTISING, AND AI DATA PROCESSING

Our Android application does not use AdMob ads or the Android Advertising ID for targeted advertising. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are disabled by default and are used only if you enable optional diagnostics sharing in the app settings.

Additionally, when you use the AI features, anonymized financial data (transactions, descriptions, and amounts) is transmitted to the third-party DeepSeek API solely to generate your requested financial analysis and insights.


19. TRANSACTION AUTO-IMPORT (GOOGLE WALLET)

If you enable the "Auto-Import" feature, our application requests Notification Access permissions.

  • Purpose: We use this permission strictly to detect payment confirmations from the Google Wallet application (package: com.google.android.apps.walletnfcrel).
  • On-Device Processing: All notification processing happens 100% locally on your device. We search for text patterns (e.g., "You paid...") to extract transaction details (Amount, Merchant, Date).
  • No Data Transmission: The raw content of your notifications is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. Only the extracted transaction data (which you confirm) is saved to your private database.
  • Zero-Knowledge: We instantly ignore and discard notifications from any other application.

20. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
